Senior Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare & Life Sciences

About the role

Michael Page, a global recruitment leader with offices in more than 30 countries, is recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Singapore for its Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. The consultant builds client partnerships and recruits candidates, supported by training, clear progression and sector expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients across Healthcare & Life Sciences, understanding their businesses and hiring needs
• Identify new business through market research, client outreach, referrals and networking
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: briefings, sourcing and assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation and placement follow-up
• Build candidate networks through direct sourcing, referrals and market mapping
• Assess candidates against job requirements, skills, experience and technical or functional knowledge
• Advise clients and candidates on talent availability, remuneration and hiring requirements
• Prepare recruitment proposals and negotiate fees and service terms within company guidelines
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and uphold confidentiality and fair recruitment practices

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, sales, commercial development or account management, able to build relationships and deliver commercial results
• Interest in Healthcare & Life Sciences; experience recruiting for or working in the sector is an advantage
• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop existing accounts
• Clear communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach
• Strong research and organisational skills, initiative and ability to work independently in a team
