Senior Research Leader – Singapore & APAC Capital Markets

About the role

Colliers is seeking an experienced, commercially‑driven research leader to shape market intelligence and capital‑markets insights across Asia Pacific. The role will support client advisory, business development and transaction activity for all business lines in Singapore and the wider APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Singapore market research and thought leadership across all business lines.
• Provide strategic insights on capital flows, investment trends, investor sentiment and market performance across APAC.
• Support Capital Markets teams with market intelligence, investor research, client presentations and transaction strategies.
• Produce market reports, forecasts, thematic studies and client‑facing research publications.
• Partner with brokers, investors and business leaders to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Represent the firm at industry events, media engagements and client presentations.
• Leverage data analytics, technology and AI tools to enhance research capabilities and market intelligence.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of experience in real‑estate research, capital markets, investment strategy, advisory or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore real‑estate markets and APAC investment dynamics.
• Experience within a leading real‑estate consultancy, investment manager, developer, REIT, private‑equity firm or institutional investor.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to translate market intelligence into actionable business and client outcomes.
• Outstanding presentation, communication and thought‑leadership capabilities.
