Senior Retail Training Manager – SEAO Region

About the role

The Senior Retail Training Manager will shape the training strategy for the SEAO region, aligning learning initiatives with business priorities and brand standards. Partnering closely with retail teams, the role drives skill development, enhances client satisfaction, and supports overall store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define yearly training roadmap for SEAO region aligned with HQ guidelines and strategic priorities.
• Design, develop and deliver in‑person and virtual training programs covering brand knowledge, collections, selling ceremonies and product knowledge.
• Conduct inductions for new joiners and ensure smooth onboarding together with Store Managers.
• Prepare and localise training materials and follow up with participants to reinforce learning.
• Provide in‑store coaching to maintain high client‑service standards and support retail teams in meeting objectives.
• Identify local market training needs and implement interventions to achieve business goals.
• Plan and manage the annual training budget, monitoring expenses.
• Collaborate with central teams on global training initiatives and manage external training suppliers when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 10 years of training experience in retail or fashion, preferably luxury.
• People‑management experience and proven ability to facilitate both technical and soft‑skill training.
• Strong business acumen with field coaching experience in luxury retail.
• Excellent planning, presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
