Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager to drive growth of our poultry products across restaurants, supermarkets and foodservice channels in Singapore. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on account management to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, pitch value propositions and close contracts with key accounts.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers, provide tailored product solutions and resolve issues promptly to ensure retention.
• Collaborate with logistics and production teams to monitor perishable stock levels, minimise waste and guarantee reliable order fulfilment.
• Represent the company at industry events, generate new business opportunities and track chilled/frozen food market trends.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Food Science or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
• Minimum 3 years of proven F&B foodservice sales experience, preferably within the poultry industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and manage key accounts.
• Strong understanding of poultry market dynamics, product applications and perishable inventory flow.
