Senior Sales Manager – Marble Products

About the role

We are looking for a senior sales professional to lead our marble product sales team in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and shaping our sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and coach a high‑performing sales team, setting clear performance goals.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers in the marble sector.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and develop sales pipelines.
• Analyse market trends and customer requirements to devise effective sales strategies.
• Coordinate departmental projects to meet timelines and deliver quotes, proposals and site meetings.
• Conduct product and technical presentations for consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Handle all sales and marketing duties, including project follow‑up, quote preparation, and collection.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Senior‑level experience in sales management, preferably within marble or related building materials.
• Knowledge of plumbing and sanitary products is an advantage.
• Experience liaising with consultants, architects and contractors.
