Senior Sales Operations Analyst

About the role

AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Revenue Operations team. The role focuses on building enabling tools, streamlining sales processes, and delivering actionable reporting across the international revenue organization.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize existing Sales Operations processes to ensure scalability for the international revenue organization.
• Partner with International Sales Leaders to drive business planning through data‑driven analysis and actionable insights.
• Own the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, creating templates and prioritising business asks.
• Evaluate and refine the technology stack, processes and workflows to boost productivity.
• Explore and implement new revenue tools tailored to international needs.
• Build international territories in collaboration with regional leadership.
• Partner with Insights and BI teams to ensure accurate data collection and insight generation.
• Create and maintain regular business reporting, SFDC dashboards, and other analytics deliverables.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in an international revenue organization, driving sales productivity.
• Operations professional with a passion for process improvement and technology adoption in a high‑growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence teams across the US and other regions.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and written communication abilities.
• Creative problem‑solver who can identify innovative ways to increase sales productivity.
• Detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical capabilities.
