Senior Sales Operations Analyst – Order Management

About the role

Cloudera is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support order management and commercial structuring across its global sales organization. The role blends analytical, advisory, and operational responsibilities, ensuring deals are processed accurately and efficiently while providing strategic guidance to the field.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Deal Desk Managers to review, advise on, and approve quotes from Stage 1 to Stage 6.
• Provide strategic field advisory, asking the right questions and offering commercial and operational recommendations.
• Process orders and sales‑operations tickets in the CRM system with high accuracy.
• Support quoting and complex deal calculations for new business, expansions, and account run‑rates.
• Communicate with sales teams to resolve missing information or inconsistencies on orders.
• Deliver training and enablement on quote‑to‑cash processes for sales, renewals, consulting, and training teams.
• Respond to sales inquiries related to order fulfillment, confirmations, and general customer service.
• Develop deep expertise in the CRM system and related quoting tools, troubleshooting issues and recommending workflow improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the quoting tool, ensuring smooth creation of quotes and orders.
