Senior Sales Operations Manager

About the role

Fireblocks is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to support its Go‑to‑Market teams in APAC. The role combines strategic analysis, sales‑process optimisation and cross‑functional collaboration to boost sales productivity and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic recommendations and data‑driven insights to the Geo VP and regional leadership.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance and Customer Success to align metrics, improve operational efficiency and ensure seamless execution across the revenue organisation.
• Design, implement and optimise sales processes, territory plans and compensation models.
• Own sales forecasting, pipeline analytics and performance dashboards to guide GTM strategy.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, support Salesforce adoption, and manage territory mapping and data integrity.
• Lead special projects such as Salesforce development, market expansion and new product introductions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Customer Success Operations within B2B SaaS, preferably fintech.
• Strong analytical abilities, excellent presentation skills and a strategic mindset.
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving operational excellence.
