Senior SAP FICO & Treasury Business Analyst (S/4HANA)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO & Treasury Business Analyst to lead the design and delivery of finance and treasury solutions on SAP S/4HANA. The role will work closely with finance, treasury and accounting teams to optimise processes, ensure compliance and support the end‑to‑end implementation of S/4HANA.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Treasury and Accounting stakeholders to identify operational challenges, control gaps and system improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, cost centre, profit centre, internal orders and financial reporting.
• Support Treasury and Cash Management processes including cash positioning, liquidity planning, payment processing, house bank and electronic bank statements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, process designs, reports, interfaces, forms and workflow requirements.
• Review and validate configurations and solution proposals prepared by SAP consultants or implementation partners.
• Analyse end‑to‑end process and accounting impacts across Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash and treasury operations.
• Ensure finance and treasury solutions integrate effectively with SAP SD, MM or ACM.
• Develop test scenarios, business test scripts and coordinate System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, cut‑over preparation, user readiness, go‑live and hyper‑care activities.
• Act as liaison between Finance, Treasury, IT, SAP consultants and implementation partners, facilitating workshops and managing functional dependencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) with strong exposure to Treasury processes.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Experience in S/4HANA implementation, testing and post‑go‑live support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to audit and governance requirements.
