Senior SAP Project Manager - S/4HANA Implementation & Maintenance

About the role

NCS, a technology services firm operating across the Asia Pacific region, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation and maintenance projects. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders and ensuring high-quality outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA projects, from initiation and planning through deployment and stabilization
• Define scope, timelines, budget, risks, issues and dependencies, and oversee application maintenance and enhancement workstreams
• Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards and audit/compliance requirements
• Serve as main contact for business leaders, IT leadership and external partners, run workshops and steering committee meetings, and report project status regularly
• Coordinate internal teams, SAP functional consultants, technical developers and vendors, and drive change management, training and readiness
• Work with functional leads (MM, FICO, PM, SD, PP, QM) on integration, design reviews, RICEFW specifications, testing and cutover plans
• Manage change requests, risks and issues, and ensure deliverables meet quality and business objectives

Required profile

• Minimum 12-15 years of overall IT experience, with at least 8 years managing SAP projects
• Proven experience leading at least two full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Experience managing SAP AMS / support operations in an S/4HANA environment
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is a strong plus
• Ability to manage large, diverse teams including vendors and integrators
• Only Singapore citizens will be considered due to government project sensitivity
