Senior Search Consultant – Headhunter

About the role

Search Staffing Services is expanding and seeks an experienced Senior Search Consultant to lead end‑to‑end recruitment projects. The role combines proactive candidate sourcing, executive search, and client relationship management within a performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and headhunting to interviews, offer negotiation and placement.
• Conduct executive searches using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, networking and other channels.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable candidates within agreed timelines.
• Build and nurture strong candidate networks across assigned industries, engaging both active and passive talent.
• Achieve individual placement targets while contributing to the firm’s growth and reputation.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid CEI certificate.
• Prior experience in agency recruitment or executive search with a proven placement record.
• Strong headhunting and candidate sourcing abilities, especially with passive candidates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills across all seniority levels.
• Self‑motivated, commercially driven and resilient, able to work independently and own recruitment assignments.
