Senior Site Engineer – Civil & Structural

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Engineer to lead the civil and structural components of construction projects across Singapore. The role requires interpreting detailed drawings, planning daily operations, and ensuring that all works comply with quality standards, project schedules, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret civil and structural drawings and details.
• Lead, coordinate and manage civil and structural works on site.
• Plan and execute day‑to‑day operations for the C&S team.
• Ensure project submissions meet civil and structural requirements.
• Develop work plans, cost estimations and resource schedules.
• Monitor progress, track delays and implement corrective actions.
• Design and maintain progress and schedule control systems.
• Assist the Project Manager with monthly progress claims and reports.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants and authorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, building or engineering.
• Recognised degree in civil or structural engineering (PEB).
• RTO qualification is an advantage.
