Senior Social Worker – Families for Life (Community)

About the role

Allkin Singapore is seeking a Senior Social Worker to lead its Families for Life programme within the community. You will work closely with families, grandparents, and community partners to deliver evidence‑based parenting support and holistic case management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, evaluate and implement family‑related programmes.
• Conduct information and referral, home visits and collaborate with stakeholders and community partners.
• Deliver parenting talks, workshops and family events for parents and grandparents.
• Support outreach and engagement with family coaches, school leaders, educators, religious organisations and other partners.
• Perform needs and risk assessments, provide expert consultations and manage casework documentation.
• Lead case conferences, supervise intervention plans and co‑lead reviews of complex cases.
• Mobilise resources and volunteers for community development initiatives.
• Ensure ethical standards, guide systemic service delivery and manage critical incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor/Postgraduate Diploma/Master in Social Work; registered Social Worker or Counsellor.
• Minimum 6 years of social work experience with casework, counselling, group work and community work.
• At least 5 years of experience in family life education (parenting or marriage counselling, group facilitation).
• Preferably trained and accredited in Triple P Level 2 and 3 (or willing to attend training).
• Proficient in English; Mandarin, Malay or Tamil is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and leadership abilities.
