Senior Sourcer – APAC (6‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Pinterest is looking for an experienced Senior Sourcer to support its rapid growth across the APAC region. In this six‑month fixed‑term position you will partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams to identify and engage top talent for a variety of roles.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sourcing for multiple domains within the APAC hiring region using innovative strategies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, including talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, Compensation and other stakeholders to align recruiting strategies with business goals.
• Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and provide data‑driven updates to inform hiring decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to translate hiring needs into actionable search strategies, map talent landscapes, and craft personalized outreach.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sourcing experience for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Proven track record of engaging passive candidates and building diverse pipelines.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to diagnose issues, prioritize work, and communicate insights.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, fluid environment while staying organized.
