Senior Specialist, Global Facilities Operations Program & Change Management

About the role

Micron is seeking a Senior Specialist to coordinate global facilities operations programs and lead organizational change across its manufacturing sites. The role focuses on developing analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools while ensuring consistent adoption of new processes and tools worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve global performance dashboards, benchmark trends and executive‑ready reports.
• Maintain project, program and achievement tracking tools and support monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Assist with automation and AI‑enabled reporting solutions.
• Partner with global program leads to plan, execute and sustain organizational change initiatives.
• Assess change impacts, create and deliver change enablement artifacts, and coordinate site onboarding and rollout activities.
• Supervise adoption, compliance and efficiency of new processes.
• Collaborate with site teams, program owners and partners to gather feedback and refine solutions.
• Support data reviews, audits and compliance checks, reinforcing standard work and governance cadence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and organizational change management.
• Proven experience supporting organizational change initiatives.
• Strong analytical abilities combined with effective presentation skills.
