About the role
The National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS), part of SingHealth, is recruiting a Senior Staff Nurse. You will assess, develop, implement and evaluate the clinical practice setting and standards of care for a designated specialty or specialised section, working closely with the Assisting Director of Nursing and Clinical Heads on new policies and guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, develop, implement and evaluate the clinical practice setting and standards of care for a designated specialty or specialised section.
- Work with the Assisting Director of Nursing and Clinical Heads to develop and implement new policies and guidelines for the relevant specialty.
- Act as a clinical resource person for healthcare professionals and providers, and for patients, in the assessment and management of patients with complex problems.
Required profile
- A recognised Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or its equivalent.
- At least 7 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care hospital.
- An Advanced Diploma in Oncology Nursing is preferred.
