Senior Strategic Deployment Manager (Singapore)

About the role

As a Senior Strategic Deployment Manager, you’ll work directly with customers to turn AI use cases into production‑ready voice agents. You’ll operate at the intersection of technology, consulting and execution, helping customers understand possibilities, define solutions and launch them in the real world.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer deployments from discovery through production launch.
• Translate customer requirements into practical AI workflows and implementation plans.
• Build and configure voice AI agents, conversation flows and automation workflows.
• Integrate Retell with existing systems, APIs, webhooks and telephony platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across integrations, authentication and production environments.
• Run working sessions, demos and implementation reviews with customers.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to resolve issues and communicate product gaps.
• Track project progress, identify risks and keep deployments on schedule.
• Help customers test, iterate and optimise agents before and after launch.
• Capture learnings and create repeatable playbooks and best practices.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to quickly understand a customer’s business and translate needs into solutions.
• Enjoy solving technical problems and getting hands‑on when issues arise.
• Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, deployment or customer‑facing technical roles.
• Comfortable working with multiple projects, APIs and software systems.
• Highly organized, able to manage ambiguous environments and drive ownership.
• Passionate about AI, large language models and voice technology.
• Willingness to travel for important customer launches and onsite engagements.
