Senior Strategist, Marketing Science & Technology

About the role

LinkedIn's Marketing Solutions (LMS) Marketing Science and Technology team is looking for a strategic analyst with a strong technical background and proven expertise in insights, marketing analytics and measurement innovations. The team develops and scales marketing measurement and insights solutions that support LMS sales teams, deepen customer relationships and drive commercial outcomes. The role is hybrid, split between home and the LinkedIn office on select days.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales to turn data-driven insights and measurement into actionable strategies for clients and agency partners
• Synthesise complex data into clear recommendations for senior technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Design and lead advanced measurement initiatives such as experimentation, incrementality, attribution and clean rooms
• Analyse LinkedIn and third-party data at scale using SQL, Python and visualisation
• Advise on innovation opportunities, including new product features, measurement capabilities and go-to-market strategies
• Drive the point of view on the future of B2B measurement
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, custom projects
• Uphold data privacy, security and coding standards

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, marketing science, measurement or consulting
• 5+ years using SQL or a similar querying language
• 3+ years in project or program management
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering or Mathematics
• Preferred: experience in digital marketing and AdTech ecosystems, measurement methodologies (incrementality, attribution, MMM, experimentation, CAPI), large-scale datasets, AI/LLM in analytics, and a consultative or advisory role
