Senior Supply Chain Planner

About the role

A globally renowned luxury retailer, represented by its recruiter, is recruiting a Senior Supply Chain Planner due to internal mobility. The role covers 10 markets across Southeast Asia and Oceania and involves forecasting, distribution, seasonal product management, client order handling and inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Forecasting: revise monthly sales forecasts for carry-over products with trend analysis, and support the Merchandising team during showroom buys of new products.
• Distribution: set store stock targets aligned with potential and inventory, secure smooth replenishment, update distribution parameters, and set up distribution for new stores, openings, renovations and events while optimizing lead time.
• Seasonal products: define TOP Store priorities with Merchandising, check visibility and tension of new products before launch, and analyze and project end-of-season sell-through to rebalance inventory two to three times per collection.
• Client orders: maintain product status in the Order Management System, fulfill orders through stock support, rebalancing or escalation to the Central team, and communicate with stores on fulfillment.
• Inventory: optimize stock levels across the network, rebalance overstock and out-of-offer products, and monitor KPIs such as overstock, availability rate and long tail to avoid obsolescence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Operations Management or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management and/or retail fulfilment operations.
• Regional experience covering SEA and Oceania is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver quality work under pressure.
• Client-centric approach, attention to detail and critical thinking.

Required skills

• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI or equivalent; programming skills (VBA) and SAP experience are a plus.
