Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical functions within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent that supports workforce growth and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs, job requirements, and recruitment timelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, industry networks, and other channels.
• Lead hiring for specialized semiconductor and technical roles, leveraging market intelligence.
• Provide talent market insights, recruitment expertise, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate ATS data, recruitment reports, and key metrics while driving process improvements.
• Support employer branding, campus recruitment, career fairs, and talent engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, engineering, or high‑tech industries.
• Strong understanding of technical hiring and manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and meet hiring targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with various sourcing tools.
