About the role

CuspAI is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical partnerships and business development positions. You will shape the talent pipeline for researchers, engineers, and applied scientists driving breakthrough materials innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and scientific roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, map talent networks, and craft targeted outreach.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior researchers to translate complex technical requirements into compelling job narratives.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience and act as a cultural ambassador for CuspAI.
• Collaborate with the broader Talent team to evolve hiring processes and scale the organization sustainably.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level technical recruitment, preferably within AI, materials science, or related high‑tech fields.
• Strong ability to work autonomously in a fast‑growing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of building relationships with elite talent.
