Senior Team Manager - Bank

About the role

The Senior Team Manager will lead a group of Relationship Managers within the bank’s wealth management division. This role focuses on coaching the team, driving client acquisition, and delivering strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Relationship Managers to improve sales capabilities, product knowledge, and client management expertise.
• Lead client acquisition initiatives and business expansion to grow wealth management portfolios.
• Provide regular performance updates to senior management, covering productivity, client satisfaction, and revenue metrics.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals, increase market penetration, and strengthen client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a comparable client‑facing role.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of motivating teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• In‑depth knowledge of financial products, including investment instruments, wealth management solutions, and risk‑management tools.
