About the role

We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our dynamic training team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on Databricks platforms and related data engineering tools. Your expertise will empower professionals across various industries to harness the full potential of Databricks’s cloud‑based data analytics solutions. You will serve as a key facilitator of instructor‑led training sessions, online courses, and e‑learning modules, ensuring learners gain practical skills and confidence in using Databricks technologies. Key responsibilities

• Develop and design engaging training programs tailored for professional development in Databricks, including product‑specific instruction and broader data analytics concepts.
• Deliver instructor‑led training sessions both in classroom settings and via online platforms, ensuring clarity and active participation.
• Create high‑quality instructional content for e‑learning courses, including videos, tutorials, manuals, and interactive modules using tools such as Adobe Captivate and Adobe Photoshop.
• Maintain and update training materials regularly to reflect platform updates, industry best practices, and learner feedback.
• Provide technical support during training sessions to troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, or network connectivity.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop customized training solutions aligned with client needs and organizational goals.
• Assess learner progress through evaluations, quizzes, and practical exercises; provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivering instructor‑led training on information technology topics, especially software training within enterprise environments.
• Strong instructional design skills with a focus on developing effective e‑learning course content for platforms such as LMS or other online training portals.
• Extensive knowledge of Databricks platform functionalities, including data engineering, machine learning workflows, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Captivate) for content creation and presentation.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Linux; knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Experience with instructional content development for product training, instructional design, and corporate training environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to software applications, network issues, or hardware problems during live sessions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high‑quality standards in content delivery.
• Knowledge of various e‑learning platforms (LMS), HTML basics, help desk procedures, and computer networking concepts is desirable.
