Senior Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Provide technical support to internal business users in a professional and friendly manner. Troubleshoot and support end users on laptops and iPads for both software and hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal business users, ensuring professional and friendly service.
• Troubleshoot and support end users on laptops and iPads (software and hardware).
• Install and configure new PC hardware and software on desktops, laptops, and peripherals such as phones, printers, and external drives.
• Perform Windows profile migrations for PCs and laptops.
• Manage IT assets and inventories.
• Handle daily ServiceDesk tickets, ensuring SLA fulfillment and user satisfaction.
• Participate in infrastructure and systems management across all sites in alignment with global and regional IS teams.
• Provide remote support and escalation of IT problems.
• Install updates and patches for antivirus and other software.
