Senior Treasury Manager - USD Fixed Income

About the role

A newly created Senior Treasury Manager position in Singapore, working on a group global treasury platform focused exclusively on USD fixed income assets. The client is a listed financial technology company with global operations. The role is permanent and open to hybrid or work-from-home arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and iterate the group Treasury capital management framework, including investment strategy, performance benchmark, return target and investment reporting mechanism, and drive the implementation of related policies.
• Track global macroeconomics, monetary policy, yield curves, credit spreads and FX fluctuations, and turn market insights into recommendations on tenor, instrument selection and asset allocation.
• Manage USD fixed-income portfolios, develop tenor laddering, diversified allocation and rebalancing plans, and monitor cash flow, maturities, valuation and risk across domestic and overseas regions.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in USD fixed income asset management with a verifiable track record.
• Independently managed AUM of at least USD 100 million.
• Candidates from in-house corporate treasury or capital teams are preferred.
• Equity investment experience is not required and equity investment is out of scope.
