Senior Trust Administrator

About the role

Join the Trust team at Kensington Trust Singapore and manage client trust portfolios with a focus on compliance and service excellence. You will collaborate with advisors, investment managers and banks to ensure smooth administration of trusts.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day trust portfolio activities, including opening bank or brokerage accounts, beneficiary distributions and fund transfers.
• Coordinate with professional advisors, investment managers and banks on trust‑related matters.
• Conduct periodic reviews to verify compliance with trust deeds, company policies and legal/tax requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date trust records and prepare trustee minutes, resolutions and related documents.
• Handle invoicing, debtor collection and provide ad‑hoc support as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in trust administration or a comparable fiduciary role.
• Strong understanding of trust law, estate planning, taxation and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, high ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.
