Senior User Experience Designer

About the role

As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you independently complete end‑to‑end tasks that are integrated into an overarching project or program. You proactively identify, define, and communicate problems and deliver practical or creative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create design concepts such as mock‑ups, prototypes, and models to inform product ideation and user research.
• Drive contributions to a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams.
• Assist in design and testing processes and generate support for a design vision with partners.
• Help create innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems.
• Adapt to evolving design constraints and communicate the rationale behind design choices.
• Apply or adapt UX design frameworks, principles, patterns, and systems.
• Leverage standard design tools to visualize ideas and develop prototypes.
• Tailor deliverables to product or platform requirements with minimal guidance.
• Identify and follow design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.
• Iteratively improve designs based on UX testing and stakeholder input.
• Communicate design approach to partners and identify challenges.
• Use data and metrics to evaluate product impact and support design strategy.
• Plan and prioritize design work across projects and communicate priorities.
• Collaborate with engineers to convey and influence design intent.
• Manage specifications such as design specs, mock‑ups, or product models for implementation.

Required profile

• 3 to 8 years of UX design experience.
• Strong Figma and visual design skills.
• Ability to execute independently and collaborate with cross‑functional groups such as marketing or engineering.
• Working knowledge of UX design principles, user‑centered development, design systems, and research tools.
• Capability to work with minimal guidance and question execution for appropriateness and scalability.
• Experience building design tools and delivering comprehensive design outputs.
