Senior Visual Merchandiser

About the role

As Senior Visual Merchandising Designer, you will give creative visual merchandising directions for product displays and designated markets so that the brand's high-quality, homogeneous image is properly executed across the region. The role also supports training and community building within the Visual Merchandising function.

Key responsibilities

• Create product displays and merchandising guidelines to train Visual Merchandisers and retail teams.
• Connect and animate the Visual Merchandising community through digital and physical touchpoints.
• Ensure proper merchandising execution across the region by setting out guidelines for visual layouts, technical details and campaign design direction.
• Conceptualise, create and develop innovative displays and events for campaigns that fit the brand image.

Required profile

• Degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design or Multimedia.
• At least 4 years' experience in visual merchandising, interior decoration, graphic design or events design, preferably in cosmetics or luxury consumer goods; a background in training is a plus.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, able to work independently.
• Fluency in English and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SketchUp, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• A dynamic, creative and self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
