Senior/Lead Electrical Engineer

About the role

Aurecon Singapore is seeking a Senior/Lead Electrical Engineer to join its buildings business. You will work on a variety of infrastructure projects, from initial scoping through detailed design, commissioning and handover, helping clients bring innovative and sustainable ideas to life.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project phases from concept to commissioning for building electrical systems.
• Prepare technical specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Support tender preparation and negotiate with clients to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Engage directly with clients and internal teams to deliver successful project results.
• Provide expert consultation drawing on Aurecon’s consultancy services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6‑12 years of professional experience in building services engineering.
• Strong background in building electrical design, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Interest in innovative, energy‑efficient and sustainable projects.
• Proactive, able to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent English communication skills.
• Proven business development and account management experience.
