SEO / AI Search Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for an SEO / AI Search Growth Manager to lead our global organic growth across traditional and AI‑driven search platforms. You will shape the visibility of our crypto, US‑stock and wealth‑management products and help BIT reach the next billion users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for Google and AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Drive organic traffic, brand awareness and user conversion for crypto, US‑stock and wealth‑management offerings.
• Continuously optimise technical SEO, on‑page SEO, site architecture and overall search performance.
• Partner with product, content and growth teams to scale programmatic and content‑driven SEO initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance keyword research, content creation, search analytics and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor core SEO and growth metrics, provide optimisation recommendations and stay ahead of algorithm updates and AI‑search trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth or content growth.
• Strong understanding of technical, on‑page and content SEO as well as data‑driven analysis.
• Familiarity with AI‑search ecosystems and AI‑enhanced content workflows.
• Data‑oriented mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth tactics.
