SEO Engineer – Technical & AI Search Specialist

About the role

Reolink is seeking a Technical SEO Specialist to boost its online visibility across traditional and AI‑powered search platforms. The role focuses on technical optimisation, generative engine optimisation (GEO) and AI search to drive organic growth for Western markets.

Key responsibilities

• Improve website technical performance, crawlability, indexing and Core Web Vitals.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits covering site architecture, structured data and semantic optimisation.
• Develop and execute GEO strategies to increase brand visibility in AI‑generated search results.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and performance on Google Search and AI search platforms using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments and emerging SEO best practices.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English (written) and optionally other languages for localized keyword research in target markets such as the United States, Australia and major European countries.
• Demonstrated experience managing overseas SEO projects and optimising websites for Western markets.

Required skills

• Google My Business, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner.
• SEO tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog.
• Technical SEO techniques: Core Web Vitals, structured data, entity SEO, semantic search, topical authority.
• GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) strategy development.
