Server – Dining Service at Colony Restaurant

About the role

Join the Colony Restaurant team as a Server, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests in Marina Bay. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well‑served from the moment they sit down.

Key responsibilities

• Set, clear, and maintain tables to uphold a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Take guest orders accurately, communicate them to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Assist guests with menu questions, recommend items, and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary information.
• Handle payments, process bills, and ensure smooth checkout experiences.
• Keep work areas, service stations, and supplies organized throughout the shift.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and reach overhead or below the knees.

Required skills

• Ability to read and verify menu information accurately.
• Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
