About the role
Join the vibrant team at The Club, Marina Bay Sands, as a Service Attendant. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a world‑class hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Take and serve food and beverage orders with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Assist team members with restaurant preparation, setup, and stock checks of utensils and amenities.
- Ensure all items are properly stocked and inspected before service begins.
- Respond to guest requests, provide menu knowledge, and conduct suggestive up‑selling.
- Handle telephone and email reservation enquiries.
- Perform administrative duties related to restaurant operations.
Required profile
- Minimum secondary school education with O‑Level passes; diploma is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in guest service or hospitality roles.
- Food hygiene and safety certification.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Well‑groomed, professional appearance.
