Service Coordinator – Heavy Equipment (Junior)

About the role

The Service Coordinator will act as the bridge between the business team, distributors, end‑customers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and high‑quality service of heavy equipment. This junior‑level position is based in Tuas, Singapore and offers a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate workflows and information flow so that equipment delivery details reach customers on schedule.
• Oversee daily service operations, resolve on‑site issues, and maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with existing customers, handling enquiries, feedback and after‑sales support.
• Work closely with engineers and mechanics to follow up on service calls and job deliveries.
• Manage internal daily operations and equipment movements.
• Build strong relationships with management, the team and customers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in service operations coordination.
• Experience with heavy equipment such as reach stackers, crawler cranes, excavators, trucks or forklifts is an advantage.
• Good understanding of business objectives in service operations.
• Ability to balance resources, prioritize service requests and meet deadlines.
