About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Service Crew members to join our restaurant team in Singapore. You will greet guests, ensure a pleasant dining experience and uphold our service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide timely, friendly service.
- Upsell promotional items and perform quality checks on meals.
- Carry out pre‑opening and closing tasks according to SOPs, including cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards and report any issues.
- Assist with dishwashing duties and other tasks as required.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE “N”/ “O” Level or a customer service certificate.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or F&B, or willing to start with no experience.
- Pleasant, friendly, cheerful attitude and ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume environment.
