Service Crew – Up to $3,000 Gross – Night Shift Allowance

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Service Crew members to join a vibrant entertainment and lifestyle outlet in Pasir Ris / Downtown East. The role involves delivering friendly customer service in a fast‑paced environment, handling food and beverage orders, and supporting night‑shift operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage reservations and enquiries, and escort them to their designated areas.
• Take food and beverage orders, serve customers and handle alcoholic beverages responsibly.
• Operate the POS system, process transactions accurately and perform basic cash handling.
• Conduct microphone and karaoke system checks and assist with simple technical issues.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and overall presentation of the outlet throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Customer‑service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, including late‑night, weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable commute to Pasir Ris / Downtown East, especially for night shifts.
• Previous experience in customer service, F&B, hospitality or retail is a plus, but entry‑level candidates are welcome.

What we offer

• Competitive gross salary ranging from SGD 2,100 to SGD 3,000 per month.
• Night shift allowance up to SGD 400 per month.
• 44‑hour work week with a minimum of 4 hours overtime per week.
