Service Delivery Internship – Global Technology Solutions

About the role

This off‑cycle internship within PwC's Global Technology Solutions team offers hands‑on experience in end‑user support and service delivery. You will work on real incidents, support a range of devices and applications, and collaborate with internal users, including VIPs and legal practice teams.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
• Troubleshoot Windows laptops, iPhones, Active Directory, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, VPN, network connectivity, and video‑conferencing tools.
• Build strong relationships with users and deliver high‑quality support, especially for VIP and legal practice users.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hardware, software, and support tools.
• Manage the full lifecycle of user devices, including planning, deployment, refresh, loan, repair, and disposal.
• Assist the team lead or manager with reporting, service, and hardware/software rollout projects.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering from a local university or polytechnic.
• Strong interest in end‑user support.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative.
• Good record of co‑curricular activities.
• Service‑oriented with a commitment to teamwork and excellence.
