Service Desk Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Service Desk Analyst to join IDC Technologies in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering Level 1 IT support to internal users, ensuring quick resolution of incidents and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support via phone, email or chat, logging and resolving incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, printers and basic network connectivity.
• Reset passwords and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
• Support Office 365 applications and remote users.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams while maintaining ticket updates and SLA compliance.
• Assist with healthcare application support where required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or hospital environment.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
