About the role
The Service Desk Analyst will act as the first point of contact for end‑users, delivering Level 1 IT support across multiple channels. You will troubleshoot a variety of hardware, software and network issues, ensuring timely resolution and a positive user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support to end‑users via phone, chat, email or web portal.
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software and network problems.
- Document incidents and solutions in the service management system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher‑level teams when necessary.
Required profile
- 1‑4 years of experience in technical support or service‑desk environments.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking).
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
- Experience using service‑management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk or Freshdesk.
