About the role

We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The role involves delivering exceptional technical assistance and ensuring smooth operations for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot incidents and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Respond promptly to service requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
• Assist users with setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Document solutions and update knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure security protocols are followed during support activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS environments and common software applications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced office setting.
