About the role
We are looking for a Service Desk Support professional to act as the primary point of contact for end‑users, delivering first and second‑level IT assistance. The role involves troubleshooting a variety of technical issues, supporting ongoing IT projects, and contributing to the smooth operation of our data centre and server environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for the service desk, logging and managing user requests.
- Provide first‑ and second‑level troubleshooting for hardware, software, network and application issues.
- Assist IT project teams with technical support and coordination.
- Support daily data‑centre operations, including server monitoring and routine maintenance.
- Participate in procurement activities, maintain documentation, and track IT assets.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
