Service Executive – Fine Dining (French‑Japanese Fusion)

About the role

We are seeking a Service Executive to join the launch team of Loca Niru, a new French‑Japanese fusion fine‑dining restaurant in central Singapore. You will play a key part in delivering an exceptional dining experience that blends creativity, craftsmanship, and storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑notch customer service, ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, collaborating closely with the kitchen team.
• Prepare tables, set up dining areas, and handle all operating equipment safely.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including order taking, table setting, and restaurant cleaning.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the menu and product offerings to answer guest queries.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in fine‑dining service.
• Prior experience on a pre‑opening team is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage concepts related to French and Japanese cuisine.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
