Service Sales Engineer

About the role

The Service Sales Hunter spends most of the time building new relationships and selling maintenance contracts and related digital services outside the current customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships in the assigned area.
• Generate new sales opportunities and leads for the KONE sales team.
• Handle RFQs, create quotes and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in the CRM system.
• Gather market and competitor information and support finance in collections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, engineering or a related field.
• Experience with solution‑selling methodology and a background in sales or customer service.
• Strong analytical mindset; numbers and facts drive actions.
• Ability to articulate customer needs and add value through tailored solutions.
• Comfortable with digital solutions and value‑based pricing.
