Service Technician – FRS

About the role

Survitec is seeking a Service Technician (FRS) to join its Operations team in Senoko, Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality installation, maintenance and repair services while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance and repair activities in line with quality and safety standards.
• Carry out preventive‑maintenance inspections and diagnose equipment issues.
• Support specialists in setting up and testing new products or processes.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and follow requisition procedures.
• Identify and communicate process‑improvement opportunities across the service footprint.
• Represent Survitec professionally during customer interactions, providing technical guidance.
• Collaborate with the Service Operations Manager to plan monthly schedules and ensure appropriate manpower.
• Adhere to Survitec Health, Safety and Environment policies and promote a safety‑first culture.

Required profile

• High school education (4 GCSEs or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, capable of operating unsupervised in at least one service line.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively and uphold Survitec values.
