Service Technician - MHE

About the role

The Service Technician – MHE will service, repair and maintain material handling equipment, ensuring reliable operation and high customer satisfaction. This position involves both on‑site troubleshooting and preventive maintenance within a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, diagnose and rectify faults on material handling equipment.
• Perform electrical, mechanical and hydraulic repairs on equipment and components.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
• Execute modification and commissioning works as required.
• Respond to customer requests on‑site and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Follow supervisor instructions, conduct stock takes and support new colleagues.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on equipment technology.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Automotive engineering.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with MHE, cranes, marine equipment or industrial vehicles.
• Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence (van).
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently and deliver excellent customer service.
