ServiceNow Application Developer

About the role

PwC is hiring a ServiceNow Application Developer within its Internal Firm Services line of business, under the IFS Information Technology (IT) practice. This is a Senior Associate level position focused on building custom ServiceNow applications and supporting their delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Business Analysts to understand user requirements and map them to ServiceNow workflow processes.
• Give technical input during solutioning workshops and meetings with business analysts and users.
• Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow's Now Platform App Engine, including custom applications, service catalogues and workflow configurations.
• Conduct SIT and document test results, and develop UAT test plans for sign-off.
• Fix defects found during UAT or after go-live.
• Support the ServiceNow Solution Architecture design for scalability and interoperability, and provide technical documentation from design through deployment for handover to operations.
• Deliver cross-training on ServiceNow application development to other team members.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of IT application experience and 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience, including client and server-side scripting.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines without continuous technical supervision.
• Willingness to work with a work visa sponsorship available.
