ServiceNow Solution Architect – Platform & AI Expert

About the role

Cognizant Singapore is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect who will lead the design and delivery of data‑driven, AI‑enabled platform solutions. You will translate business outcomes into ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring scalability, governance and a seamless go‑live experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end solution architecture from discovery through hypercare, acting as the senior design authority.
• Define CSDM‑aligned service and application models, assess CMDB maturity and create roadmaps for data quality and governance.
• Guide subscription, entitlement and licensing decisions to align with business needs.
• Design responsible AI solutions using generative AI, conversational experiences, intelligent search and automation.
• Establish platform governance, architecture principles, integration patterns and technical guardrails for enterprise‑scale implementations.
• Lead executive workshops, produce high‑quality design artefacts and mentor architects and developers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior ServiceNow architect with deep knowledge of CSDM and CMDB.
• Strong understanding of platform subscriptions, licensing implications and AI enablement.
• Ability to communicate complex trade‑offs to C‑suite, security and delivery stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring teams and contributing reusable assets to a ServiceNow practice.
