SharePoint Analyst

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is hiring a SharePoint Analyst in Singapore on a contract basis. The role provides Level 2/3 support for SharePoint environments, incident management, change request handling and service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for SharePoint environments, troubleshooting and resolving incidents, service requests and technical issues.
• Monitor system performance, security and compliance, and implement necessary patches and updates.
• Ensure response time and defect turnaround time meet contractual KPIs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement proactive measures for problem management.
• Handle service requests, including general SharePoint administration and writing PowerShell scripts.
• Gather requirements and assess effort and timeline for change requests, then carry out technical design, construction, testing, implementation and deployment.
• Escalate critical problems to the Group Lead or Project Manager and perform standby or urgent duties when required.

Required profile

• Relevant prior experience and strong knowledge of SharePoint.
• Initiative, commitment to results and high-quality standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, positive and energetic, willing to learn new skills.
