Shift TSG/IT Tech

About the role

HYVE Solutions is looking for a Shift TSG/IT Tech to deliver on‑site technical support and service for complex equipment and systems. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring installations, diagnostics, and repairs are performed to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installation, configuration, and commissioning of hardware and software solutions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment, PCs, and networking/wireless networking issues.
• Validate operational quality of installed systems and approve their readiness for use.
• Instruct customers on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Serve as the liaison between HYVE Solutions and customers for both administrative and technical matters.
• Interpret customer needs and route issues to the appropriate internal teams (sales, support, engineering).
