About the role

The Shipping Operations Executive will be based at our Singapore office (200 Cantonment Rd, near Tanjong Pagar MRT) and will work Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. The role focuses on coordinating tank logistics, maintaining leasing records and supporting billing processes for our shipping operations.

Key responsibilities

Liaise with the depot to obtain tank details, schedules, movements and provide timely updates.
Track and compile summaries of tank leasing status (on‑hire/off‑hire) to support accurate billing.
Communicate with agents to clarify detention charges and ensure correct invoicing.
Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the departmental head to support the logistics team.

Required profile

Diploma in Maritime Studies or Logistics with a focus on shipping.
Minimum of one year experience in the shipping industry, internships counted.
Open to entry‑level candidates as training will be provided.
